Our Story:

 

Bishops Guest House Eshowe is a magnificent colonial home built in 1891 for the Bishop of Zululand.

It was refurbished and turned into a Guesthouse in 2010, keeping the original architecture but with modern finishes. The stately residence has an exceptional ambiance and Old-School character. Bishops Guesthouse prides itself for the personalised service it gives to all its customers. Our staff are delighted to be at your service.

 

Bishops is close to town, making it ideal for business and leisure customers to get to shops and the centre of town. 

 

We  offer 3 Standard Rooms and 5 Superior Rooms, all with en-suite bathroom facilities, DSTV, Free-WIFI and ample Secure Parking within the premises. 

 

The guesthouse has convenient access to shopping centres, restaurants, museums, Eshowe Hills Golf Course, The Zululand Brewing Company and Dlinza Forrest Boardwalk.

We are also within a 20 minute drive from Shakaland Zululand Cultural Village and Phobane Lake / Goedetrouw Dam.
